Shipping and Preorder Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to locations prohibited by law or by our carriers. Confirm supported destinations in Squarespace shipping settings before launch.

In-Stock Processing

Unless a product page states otherwise, in-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit estimates begin after pickup and are not guaranteed.

Preorder Timing

Founder’s Preorder and other preorder products are expected to ship within the timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation. Founder’s Preorder products are estimated to ship within 60-90 days. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the time promised, or within the time otherwise required by applicable law, we will notify you and offer the legally required opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted.

Tracking and Delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Delivery dates shown by the carrier are estimates. Weather, carrier volume, labor disruptions, address issues, and other events outside our control may cause delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly. Contact contact@shutsafehomekit.com within 7 days after delivery if an item arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include the order number, packaging photos, shipping-label photo, and product photos so we can resolve the issue.

We do not currently accept international orders.
