First-time custom orders include a one-time $10 artwork setup fee. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional.
How custom ordering works
Tell us your exact kit quantity, standard or custom preference, company name and requested delivery date using the order request form.
For custom orders, email your logo and company name to info@shutsafehomekit.com. We confirm your order and send a payment invoice before production.
Approve your digital proof before production. Confirm timing before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
Custom orders typically take approximately 2–3 weeks after artwork approval for production and delivery. In-stock standard kits are normally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, plus carrier transit.

After delivery
Homeowners verify locations with qualified help when needed, complete the guide during a calm period, mount it indoors and show household members where to find it. Scan the kit's QR code for supported digital access.
First year included; optional digital renewal is $19.99 per year. The physical guide remains usable without renewal.
For reorders, provide your company name, previous order reference, quantity and requested delivery date.
